Refund & Return Policy

At GameForge, we want every gamer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return products, request exchanges, or receive a refund for items purchased through our online store.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including digital game codes, downloadable content (DLC), and gift cards.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or activated software and game codes.
  • Headsets, earbuds, or wearable tech that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-built or personalized gaming gear.
  • Discounted clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free promotional items received with the product.
  3. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

All sales of digital items (including game keys, downloadable content, and subscriptions) are final and non-refundable once the product key is delivered or the content is accessed.

International Returns

Customers outside our primary shipping regions are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes related to the return.
